FreedomCare in the United States is hiring a Care Specialist I to join our Pennsylvania team. You will handle high-volume service center inquiries, support patients and caregivers, and ensure accurate data entry and timely follow-ups.

The role emphasizes empathy, active listening, and clear communication as you work with CRMs like Salesforce, Medflyt, and Verint to deliver a seamless customer experience. This is a hybrid in-office position requiring three days on-site in Philadelphia or

Qualifications

1+ year in a high-volume inbound call center or contact center.
Experience with CRMs: Salesforce, Medflyt, and Verint.
Willing to travel to Philadelphia, PA office 3 days a week.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Empathetic, patient, and strong active listening.

Responsibilities

Handle high-volume inbound/outbound service center calls and HR-related inquiries.
Follow up with patients, caregivers, and health plans for time-sensitive issues.
Maintain exceptional customer service as shown in call reviews and surveys.
Input accurate data and maintain case files in CRM systems.
De-escalate dissatisfied callers and provide timely resolutions.
Meet internal service levels and respond promptly via phone, SMS, and email.
