Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Customer Service environment.
• Experience in high-volume inbound call center or contact center is preferred.
• Ability to empathize, listen actively and remain patient with callers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume inbound/outbound service center with HR inquiries and care requests.
• Follow up with patients, caregivers, and health plans for time-sensitive inquiries.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and input accurate data for sensitive information.
• Screen patients and caregivers for additional programs and benefits.
• De-escalate dissatisfied customers and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Input and update case files in CRMs and manage call dashboards.
