Responsibilities

• Oversee daily, weekly, and long-term personal care staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage across client assignments.
• Manage real-time dispatching to address call-offs, emergencies, and last-minute changes; restaff as needed.
• Supervise and support scheduling/coordinators and guide caregivers on procedures and attendance.
• Maintain scheduling records, service logs, and ensure compliance with Oklahoma regulations and EVV/payroll requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows and care coordination processes with leadership.
