• Oversee daily and long-term personal care staff schedules to ensure coverage across all client assignments.
• Manage real-time dispatching to address call-offs, emergencies, and last-minute schedule changes; ensure prompt restaffing of missed caregiver visits.
• Coordinate care services to ensure continuity and consistency for clients.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and ensure compliance with Oklahoma regulations.
• Monitor staffing metrics, overtime, and coverage trends; identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows.
