Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Staffing Specialist to coordinate caregiver scheduling and client care needs across our home-based services. You will ensure timely staffing, manage documentation, and support regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate service in the home setting.

You will report to Operations leadership and partner with care teams to build an outstanding patient experience through organized planning, clear communication, and timely staffing decisions.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast paced office is preferred.
• Access to public transportation or a dependable vehicle; valid driver’s license and auto insurance as per state laws.
• Bilingual fluency may be required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing scheduling of homemaking, personal care and home health aide services in a timely manner according to procedures.
• Manage client attendees without attendants (CWA), holds and updates; ensure regulatory docs are submitted timely.
• Submit client communications and track status; update caregiver availability and staffing plans.
• Coordinate orientations and verify compliance items; maintain accurate caregiver schedules.
• Communicate staffing actions to clients weekly; perform other duties as assigned.
