Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the schedules of caregivers and clients, ensuring optimal coverage and client satisfaction.
Match caregivers with clients based on availability, skills, and client preferences.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caregiver availability, client preferences, and schedule changes.
Communicate with caregivers and clients to confirm shifts and provide updates.
Collaborate with the care management team to reflect client care plans in schedules.
Monitor and address scheduling issues promptly and effectively.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new caregivers.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers.
Maintain confidentiality of all client and caregiver information.
