Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain client and caregiver schedules to ensure high-quality matches.
• Handle fast-paced, multi-project environment with multiple priorities.
• Negotiate availability and shift assignments with Caregivers.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and Engagement Manager on caregiver assignments and hours.
• Monitor caregiver service hours to control overtime costs.
• Log activity accurately in the database and monitor for errors.
• Identify opportunities to increase client service hours and loyalty.
• Attend Caregiver, Admin and other meetings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
