We Care Senior Care is seeking a proactive Scheduler - Staff Coordinator to match clients with caregivers, maintain schedules, and support daily operations. This role demands problem-solving, phone and computer proficiency, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation and maintenance of client and caregiver schedules to create high quality matches.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
• Negotiate availability and shift assignments with caregivers.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and Engagement Manager on caregiver concerns.
• Monitor service hours to control overtime and ensure coverage.
• Log activity accurately in the database.
• Increase client loyalty by consulting with clients to meet needs.
• Identify opportunities to increase client service hours.
• Attend Caregiver and Admin meetings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
