Job summary

CARED is a fast-growing health-tech startup delivering allied health services to participants. You will own the operational front end of referrals, coordinating intake, mapping service requirements and booking with practitioners.

You will collaborate with the Service Navigation Lead and Delivery Lead to ensure smooth handovers, accurate records in HubSpot and Cliniko, and timely mobilisation of care for participants.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in healthcare, disability, or allied health intake.
• Strong written communication and organisation.
• Experience managing high-volume service inboxes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Service Navigation inbox and intake administration.
• Document participant requirements and map service needs.
• Coordinate with Service Navigation Lead to progress referrals.
• Match participants to practitioners and coordinate bookings in Cliniko.
• Communicate clearly with participants, families and referrers via email/SMS.
