PromptCare is seeking a detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to process inbound orders from referral sources and assist patients via calls, faxes, and emails. Proficiency in the enterprise system is required to process new orders and re-orders accurately.

The role includes a hybrid schedule in Lenexa, KS, with a standard 40-hour week, and supervision by the Departmental Lead or Manager. Prior experience in patient admissions and customer service is preferred; Brightree/CPR+ experience is a strong

• College education preferred, but strong relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clients with timely and accurate information and take corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Obtain patient referral admission data and document initial information.
• Notify staff of pending referrals and patient admissions and maintain cross-department communication.
• Enter new patient information into the order processing system.
• Generate a referral log daily and forward to staff.
