Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks dedicated Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living while prioritizing safety, privacy, and dignity. Teamwork is essential as you help residents stay engaged and comfortable in a supportive environment.

You will participate in weekend rotations and collaborate with a caring, professional team to ensure high-quality resident care and safety across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state CNA or HCA license.
• First Aid and CPR certification required or able to obtain.
• Experience in professional caregiving with a focus on dignity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
• Provide compassionate care, engagement, and companionship to promote independence and well being.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and room tidying as needed.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
