Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a Care Navigator to support providers and care managers with non-clinical tasks such as patient inquiries, scheduling, and EHR management. This is a 100% remote position in the Central Time Zone with a reliable internet connection.

You will address patient and DPOA inquiries, manage electronic health records, and collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of medical office or related experience.
• 1+ years of EHR documentation or practice management tools.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to interpret medical records and lab results.

• Requires a distraction-free environment and excellent organizational skills.
