Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience working in a medical office, Senior Living Community engagement, or other related fields.
• 1+ years of experience in Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation or other practice management tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient inquiries via telephone and portal messages.
• Assist with scheduling follow-up appointments and provider coordination.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EHR and coordinate necessary documents for review or signature.
• Support provider scheduling and prior authorizations as needed.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and collaborate with care team.
