Job summary

Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging is seeking a Care/Clinical Supervisor to lead a team of care managers delivering high-quality, person-centered services for seniors. You will supervise, train, and coordinate multidisciplinary care, supporting field visits and program quality.

The role requires an Ohio-licensed social worker or an Ohio-licensed RN, with at least five years in elder care and two years in supervision. A laptop and case management systems are used regularly.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a social worker in Ohio or licensed as a registered nurse in Ohio.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in home care, geriatric care, or related field.
• Two years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care managers and conduct team meetings.
• Provide guidance during field visits and care planning discussions.
• Assist with staff training, recruitment, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Ensure timely client contacts and assessments are completed.
• Support scheduling, audits, and documentation processes.
