Qualifications

• Ohio licensure in social work or counseling.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
• Supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the case management team.
• Manage case managers' timecards and PTO requests in Paycor.
• Ensure the case managers meet service delivery and documentation targets.
• Recruit, hire and train new case managers.
• Conduct case management meetings and facilitate group & individual supervision.
• Supervise caseload assignment and complete paperwork as needed.
• Attend leadership team meetings and provide after-hours backup on call.
