Centene Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented care management support professional in Ohio. You will interact with members, providers, and staff to resolve issues and document records, while assisting with care plan steps and community resources.

The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong Excel capabilities and comfort using Gen AI tools to enhance reporting and processes.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED (minimum) with 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience processing healthcare or insurance authorizations and coordinating services for Medicaid LTSS.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, plus organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs with openness and professionalism.
• Comfort presenting findings to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outreach to members via phone to support care plan steps and scheduling.
• Connect members to health plan and community resources for high-quality care.
• Assist onboarding and distribute welcome letters and program materials.
• Document and maintain non-clinical member records per state/regulatory requirements.
• Serve as front-line support for member/provider inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Support training of new hires.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
