Job summary

Valeris, Inc. seeks an Executive Care Coordinator to support patients navigating access to complex medications. You will manage benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and patient communications via the Lynk platform.

The role requires healthcare knowledge, excellent communication, and attention to detail. A Bachelor's degree is required; 2+ years in healthcare access is preferred, with bilingual skills a plus; some remote work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum two years in healthcare access delivery or management preferred.
• 5-10 years in insurance reimbursement or patient access may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management with patients, prescribers, and client stakeholders while following HIPAA and program rules.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls and triage to appropriate resources.
• Provide personalized case management and communicate benefit coverage options.
• Document all activities in Lynk and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities.
