Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Care Coordination Supervisor to lead the wraparound care coordination team in Highland County, OH. The role ensures adherence to the high‑fidelity model and coordinates services across Jackson, Pike, Meigs, Gallia, Highland, Fayette, Pickaway, Ross, Hocking, Vinton, and Athens Counties.

Salary range is $64,000.00–$74,957.37 with a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or counseling required or equivalent.
• LSW/LPC licensure required; LISW/LPCC preferred.
• Three years of experience in care coordination or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Experience with multi-system youth, autism, or developmental disabilities beneficial.
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations governing behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee care coordination team activities and staff.
• Provide training for direct care coordinators in home and community settings.
• Support staff through conferences, case analysis, and skill improvement.
• Foster teamwork and recognize staff contributions.
• Ensure documentation meets Medicaid standards and maintains required training.
• Coordinate on-call rotations and fidelity review processes.
• Collaborate with systems and partners to ensure high-quality services.
