Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, education, counseling, psychology, or related field preferred.
• LSW/LPC preferred.
• Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services/care coordination services.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in the behavioral health field required; multi-system youth or autism/developmental disabilities experience helpful.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations for behavioral health and developmental services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee activities of care coordination team members through meetings, supervision, and regular communications.
• Provide training for direct care coordinators in home and community settings.
• Deliver routine training and support to staff; analyze case problems and improve skills.
• Promote teamwork and recognition within the group.
• Ensure completion of high fidelity wraparound training credentials and required documentation.
