Responsibilities

• Mastering the software WellSky—the central client/caregiver repository.
• Coordinate with clients and caregivers via phone, email, and text to fill shifts and gather feedback.
• Solve emergent scheduling problems when caregivers call out.
• Maintain tact and social grace when coaching caregivers.
• Support clients with dementia or illnesses with patient handling and problem solving.
• Collaborate with clinical and recruiting teams across the organization.
• Occasionally surrender weekends/evenings during weather or vacations.
• Handle administrative tasks: phones, paperwork, and coordinating lunch runs for colleagues.
