• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Master WellSky as the central repository for client and caregiver information.
• Coordinate with clients and caregivers by phone, email and text to fill shifts.
• Resolve urgent scheduling gaps when caregivers miss shifts.
• Provide professional coaching with tact and empathy.
• Collaborate with clinical and recruiting teams.
• Handle administrative tasks and documentation.
