You will coordinate daily schedules, recruit and onboard care partners, and serve as the communication hub between office, caregivers, and clients. We value initiative, reliability, and clear documentation; bilingual in Spanish is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience as a Home Care Scheduler or similar coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with scheduling software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Coordination: manage daily, weekly, and weekend schedules for field staff.
• Recruitment, Screening & Onboarding: vet care partners aligned with core values.
• Central communication link between office, caregivers, and clients with clear updates.
• Record maintenance: keep digital logs and profiles up to date for compliance.
• On-call rotation: participate in weekly after-hours coverage.
• Team collaboration and feedback incorporation to improve operations.
