Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Previous experience in homecare scheduling.
• Experience with elderly and/or disabled clients or compassionate attitude.

Responsibilities

• Schedule coordination: fill open shifts with appropriate caregivers by understanding care plans and service frequency.
• Create and modify schedules in scheduling software accurately and timely.
• Communicate weekly with clients and caregivers regarding service satisfaction and needs.
• Identify opportunities to provide services to new clients with professional customer service.
• Participate in staff meetings and perform light clerical duties.
• Follow licensure regulations and report concerns to Care Team.
