Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Scheduling, medical, or phone experience a plus
• Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Be the Matchmaker: pair caregivers with clients by health needs, personality fit, skill level and preferences
• Keep Relationships Strong: liaison between clients, families and field staff
• Own the Schedule: maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules in the system
