Care Advantage Inc. is seeking a high-energy Care Coordinator for our Colonial Heights, VA team. In this fast-paced role, you will match caregivers with clients, maintain schedules, and serve as the liaison between families and field staff.

You'll use scheduling software to keep records current, handle last-minute changes, and ensure a compassionate, client-first approach. A HS diploma and 2+ years' experience are required, with growth opportunities within a growing home-care company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Scheduling, medical, or phone experience a plus.
• Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the Matchmaker by pairing caregivers with clients based on health needs, personality fit, and skills.
• Maintain accurate schedules and manage multiple moving parts in the system.
• Act as liaison between clients, families, and field staff to ensure smooth communication.
• Monitor staff activity and attendance, providing feedback to improve accountability.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and set a caring tone.
