Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Scheduling, medical, or phone experience is a plus.
• Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the Matchmaker: pair caregivers with clients based on health needs, personality, skill, and preferences.
• Maintain strong relationships as the liaison between clients, families, and field staff.
• Own the schedule: keep accurate, up-to-date schedules in the system and anticipate conflicts.
• Pivot quickly in emergencies or last-minute changes to keep clients cared for.
• Monitor field staff activity, attendance, and reliability; provide constructive feedback.
