Family Resource Center is seeking a Case Management Full Time position focused on onboarding and training for care coordination staff in Findlay, OH. Under supervision, you will train field staff, manage time and productivity, and develop treatment plans with documentation best practices.

You’ll conduct trainings for DLA-20 and CPI as needed, assist with administrative duties, and lead clinical team meetings while maintaining your own caseload to stay connected with the community served.

Formación

• Onboarding and training experience for new and existing employees in care coordination.
• Ability to plan, implement and improve internal training programs.
• Leadership development opportunities and supervision experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide field training and support for current care coordinators under supervision.
• Assist with administrative tasks and conduct clinical team meetings and case consultations.
• Maintain an adjusted direct service caseload and represent FRC in the community.
