Confluent Health and its affiliated brands are seeking a Care Coordinator in Austin, TX to provide a warm, organized first point of contact for patients. You will manage scheduling, insurance verifications, payments, and front desk duties in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Comprehensive training is provided, with clear paths for advancement into clinic leadership and operations roles. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are essential for success.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year in a customer-facing or patient-facing role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Confident phone communication with patience and professionalism.
• Basic computer skills: scheduling software, emails, spreadsheets.
• No prior medical experience required; comprehensive training provided.

Mansioni

• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients, visitors, and referral sources.
• Handle front desk operations including patient check-in, check-out, scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, and phone calls.
• Review, schedule, and follow up on referrals by gathering information and updating patient records.
• Keep patient flow and schedules moving by confirming appointments and managing waitlists.
• Collect copays, balances, and other payments professionally and accurately.
• Protect patient privacy and uphold HIPAA standards in all interactions and documentation.
