Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail with willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
• Greet patients and guide them through the clinic experience, including the out-of-network process.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and foster a collaborative, empathetic environment for patients and team members.
