Qualifications

• Demonstrates competency in customer service and professional communication.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple software programs including EHR.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnosis/procedure codes.

Responsabilités

• Schedules patients for services accurately on the appropriate schedule.
• Communicates with patients, physicians, and departments to coordinate exams and procedures.
• Enters patient demographics and insurance information into the EHR system.
• Reschedules or cancels appointments as needed and supports EHR work queues.
