Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for services accurately according to physician/department availability and urgency.
• Enter diagnostic, surgical, and other procedures in the schedule and update EHR records.
• Confirm appointments and provide directions, preparations, and any assistance required for visits.
• Resolve scheduling issues, reschedule or cancel appointments as needed and support EHR work queues.
