Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of healthcare or call center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Experience with scheduling and registration processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients for services in assigned location.
• Verify patient eligibility and benefits prior to appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
