Strong customer service and organizational abilities are essential. Applicants should have at least 2 years in customer service; preferred background includes medical terminology familiarity and EMR usage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling scheduling or front-desk duties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide scheduling information and confirm appointments.
• Maintain and update appointment schedules and policies in the system.
