Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is seeking a Centralized Scheduler to ensure clients access services quickly. This on-site role involves scheduling across KMHS locations, updating electronic health records, and supporting clinical teams to optimize provider availability.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to handle incoming calls and messages efficiently in a busy behavioral health setting.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience handling appointment scheduling and phone inquiries.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
• On-site role in Bremerton, WA.
