Job summary

Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking an Intake Specialist to serve as the first connection point for clients and referral partners in Hamilton, OH. You will coordinate referrals, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records in the EHR while guiding families through the intake process from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong customer service and organizational skills, and experience handling confidential information in

Experience handling confidential information in a professional healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and process referrals from providers, hospitals, schools, and community agencies.
Serve as primary contact for clients, families, providers, and partners throughout intake and referral processes.
Open new client records and maintain demographic, insurance, and payer information in EHR systems.
Help ensure referrals move efficiently from initial contact to scheduled services.
