Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC seeks a Cardiovascular Sales Representative for Maryland. The CSR will develop territory strategies, build physician relationships, and drive sales while maintaining compliance and professional integrity.

The role requires strong analytics, business acumen, self-motivation, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners across FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years in cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience with CRM, AI tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customers and accounts with the goal of maximizing sales.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations colleagues.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and organize actions.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute the company's brand strategy and tactics within their assigned geographic area.
• Participation in training and development programs.
• Comply with all legal, regulatory and compliance policies.
