Job summary

Syneos Health in Laurel, MD is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals within an assigned geography. You will develop and execute territory plans, identify customer needs, and drive results through strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharma/biopharma sales, CV/metabolic focus preferred, and the ability to learn complex scientific information.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years in cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
Proven track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing an integrated territory business plan.
Establish professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
Identify key influencers and manage top target customers.
Use data tools and insights to drive business decisions and strategy.
Plan territory coverage and manage budget and administrative tasks.
Execute brand strategy within the assigned geographic area.
Participate in training and development programs.
Comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance policies.
