Job summary

Syneos Health/InVentiv Health Commercial LLC in San Diego is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals within an assigned geography. You will develop and execute territory strategies, build relationships with targeted physicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field, 3+ years pharmaceutical sales, and strong analytical skills with CRM and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years pharma/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Strong learning and communication of complex scientific info.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals in assigned territory with an integrated business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations colleagues.
• Identify key influencers and manage customer interactions.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics.
• Demonstrate account-based selling and conduct group presentations.
• Plan territory activities and ensure regular coverage.
• Manage territory budget for sales/marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute the company's brand strategy in the territory.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with regulatory policies with integrity.
