Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years in cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate clearly.
• Self-motivated with autonomy and independence.
• Proficiency with CRM, analytics tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by implementing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Navigate a matrixed selling environment with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and manage interaction expectations with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and business decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills (group presentations, etc.).
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and action plans.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute Syneos Health's brand strategy in the geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with legal, regulatory and compliance policies with integrity.
• Perform additional duties as required.
