Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in Bethesda, MD to drive territory growth and build strong physician relationships. You will develop territory plans, analyze market data, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma/biopharma sales with cardiovascular experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is strongly preferred.
• Must be self-motivated with strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Succeed in a matrixed selling environment with collaboration across FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top target customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies for business decisions.
• Execute the company’s brand strategy within the assigned geographic area.
