Job summary

Syneos Health in Frederick, MD is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to grow sales within an assigned geography. You will develop territory strategies, build strong physician relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharma/biopharma sales with cardiovascular experience and a proven top-tier sales track record. Travel will be required to cover a managed market environment and maintain compliance and integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
Proven top-tier sales accomplishments.
Ability to travel with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing an integrated territory business plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
Use data tools and insights to determine strategies for business decisions.
Demonstrate account-based selling and organize territory coverage.
Manage territory budget to support sales/marketing activities.
Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Execute brand strategy within the geographic area.
