Job summary

Syneos Health in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales targets within an assigned geography by executing an integrated territory business plan and building strong relationships with targeted physicians.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharma sales, cardiovascular experience, and a proven track record of top-tier results, with autonomy and strong analytical and communication skills to navigate a complex, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
Experience in payor-controlled markets preferred.
Proven top-tier sales accomplishments.
Experience calling on targets in the designated territory.
Experience launching products in a competitive marketplace.
Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
Self-motivated with a high level of autonomy.
Strong technical and analytical skills including CRM and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales goals in an assigned territory with an integrated plan.
Establish and maintain professional physician relationships.
Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
Identify key influencers and achieve targeted interactions.
Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics.
Demonstrate account-based selling with presentations.
Plan territory activities for regular coverage.
Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing.
Complete administrative tasks promptly.
Execute the company's brand strategy in the territory.
Participate in training and development programs.
Comply with legal, regulatory and compliance policies.
