Job summary

Syneos Health in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve and exceed sales goals within an assigned territory, while maintaining compliant and ethical standards.

You will develop territory strategies, build professional relationships with physicians, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage data tools to drive business results. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ pharma sales are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Strong CRM and data-driven selling experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory with an integrated plan.
• Develop territory strategies and build physician relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing).
• Identify key influencers and manage customer interactions.
• Use data tools and insights to guide decisions and tactics.
• Plan coverage and manage territory budget; complete admin tasks.
