Job summary

Syneos Health in Tampa, FL is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative. You will drive sales in an assigned territory, build strong physician relationships, and execute territory plans with cross-functional partners to maximize results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with a strategic plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Utilize data tools to guide sales strategies and decision-making.
• Plan territory activities and manage the budget for sales/marketing.
• Complete administrative tasks and comply with regulations.
