Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals in the Richmond, VA territory. You will develop and execute territory plans, build relationships with physicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.

The role requires strong business acumen, self-motivation, and the ability to travel as needed. You will work in a compliant environment and contribute to training and development programs while representing the company’s brand strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic strongly preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with top targets.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and business decisions.
