Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is strongly preferred.
• Must be self-motivated with strong communication and the ability to work autonomously.
• Proficiency with CRM, AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed, including overnight/weekend travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Excel in a complex, matrixed selling environment with cross-functional collaboration (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top target customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills including group presentations.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute the company’s brand strategy and tactics within the assigned geographic area.
• Participation in training and development programs.
• Comply with legal, regulatory and compliance policies with integrity.
• Additional duties as required.
