Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative for the Seattle, WA area. You will drive sales by executing territory plans, building physician relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize access and outcomes.

The role requires a life sciences or related degree and 3+ years of pharma sales, with a preference for cardiovascular experience. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential, with base salary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field required.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is preferred.
Must be self-motivated with autonomy and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing an integrated territory business plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
Use data tools to determine strategies and tactics for decision-making.
Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage the territory budget.
