Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals by developing and executing a territory business plan. You will build professional relationships with targeted physicians and work with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities.

The role requires strong communication, autonomy, and a track record of sales success in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Travel to cover the assigned territory is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic strongly preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is strongly preferred.
• Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on assigned targets in the designated territory geography highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and plan Territory activities to ensure coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
