Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales and execute territory plans with cross-functional teams. You will build relationships with targeted physicians and use data-driven insights to maximize opportunities in a complex market.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales, cardiovascular experience, and strong analytical skills. Bachelor’s degree required; travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic selling preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is strongly preferred.
• Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishments.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Navigate a complex, matrixed selling environment with cross-functional partners.
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling and group presentations.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure territory coverage and action.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute the company’s brand strategy within the geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with all legal, regulatory and compliance policies.
