Job summary

Syneos Health in Laguna Hills, CA is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales in an assigned territory and execute a strategic plan with key customers. You will build professional relationships with targeted physicians and collaborate across cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities and results.

The role requires comfort with data-driven decision-making, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
Experience with highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales goals in an assigned territory with an integrated plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
Identify key influencers and exceed interaction expectations with top customers.
Use data tools to determine strategies and tactics for decision-making.
Demonstrate account-based selling and organize territory coverage.
Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
